Who we are
AI'spani is an AI-powered job application assistant for South African job seekers. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email address), your Master Career Profile (CV, education, work experience, skills, location), application answers you save to Application Memory, the applications you track, and basic usage data needed to run the service.
How we use it
To build your profile, score and upgrade your CV, match you to jobs, prepare applications and cover letters, coach you for interviews and send reminders you ask for. We use AI to do this — the AI only works with the information you give it and never invents qualifications or experience.
Sharing
We never sell your information. We do not send your applications to an employer without your review and approval. We use trusted service providers (hosting, AI processing, payments) who process data only on our instructions.
Storage and security
Your CV files are stored privately and only you can open them. Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted by account.
Your choices
You can update or delete your profile, saved answers and tracked applications at any time, switch off job alerts, or ask us to delete your account. See our POPIA page for your full rights.
